Before founding Evergreen Horizons, Josh served as President of Adams Rite Aerospace, a TransDigm company, leading a nearly $200 million aerospace and defense business. Earlier at Danaher, he held leadership roles spanning the Danaher Business System, strategy, commercial excellence, innovation, M&A, and business operations.

His career also includes strategy work with McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group, as well as leadership of the global software business at Garrett Advancing Motion. Josh earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Evergreen Horizons, Lucas helped launch and scale sales and marketing at LIND, an art and technology company. He supported go-to-market strategy, identified new customer segments, and helped build a revenue pipeline from the ground up.

Lucas thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and is focused on growing as a strategic contributor within aerospace and defense. He earned a BS in Business Management from Antioch University.
